BOOKING TERMS​

You are reminded that in accordance with article L. 221-28-12th of the Consumer Code, that you do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.

Following your reservation request, you will receive confirmation in the form of an option valid for 72 hours.

We invite you to check all the elements:

• Your contact details and more particularly email address and mobile phone number.

• The room reserved - the number of people - the date of arrival - the date of departure - the number of nights. 

• The total price of the reservation, the amount tourist tax included.

If this option meets your expectations, we invite you to send us your credit card details to confirm your reservation, it will become final. A 30% deposit will be taken 2 weeks before your arrival.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE​

​

The Bed and Breakfast La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence draws your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in its rates. It is therefore strongly recommended to subscribe to one.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY THE CUSTOMER​

If the price allows it, any modification of the reservation, dates, room, is only possible after the agreement of the Bed and Breakfast La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence and may possibly incur additional costs. , and will be based on availability on the date of the modification.

The customer is informed of the special conditions in the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, if the price allows it:

• if the cancellation occurs between the 14th day and the 7th day before the date of arrival, the deposit paid upon booking confirmation will be retained by La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence Bed and Breakfast.

• if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the date of arrival and in the event of no show, "no show", you will be charged for your entire stay.

• in the event of interruption of stay, early departure, the entire reserved service will be due.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS DUE TO LA PARENTHÈSE SAINT DONAT​

In the event of an exceptional event or the impossibility of making the reserved room available to you, your reservation will give rise to an immediate refund of any amount paid.

HEALTH CONDITIONS COVID-19​

Health pass required, because your comfort, health and safety are at the heart of our priorities, in compliance with the health rules linked to the current pandemic.

In this context, we must comply with government rules  concerning the "sanitary pass". It must be presented to us upon your arrival.

SPECIFIC CANCELLATION CONDITIONS DUE TO COVID-19​

In the event of cancellation of a stay due to the absence of a health pass, the general conditions of sale apply.

In the event of new confinement, border closures, we will give you the choice between postponing or refunding the sums paid.

In the event of a positive test for Covid-19 within 10 days before your arrival, we will offer you a postponement valid for 1 year.

PAYMENT​

To validate and guarantee your reservation, your Visa and MasterCard card references are required. You can send us your deposit by bank transfer or check at least 2 weeks before your arrival date.

The balance of your reservation can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, Check or Cash.

The payment of the balance of your stay is to be made upon your arrival.

PRICE​

​

The prices relating to the reservation of your stay are communicated before and during the reservation.

The prices communicated are in Euros, per room and for the dates selected. Breakfasts are included for a stay in the Poulideta room and optional upon reservation for a stay in the Oustau studio. When confirming the reservation of your stay, the total amount of the reservation will be indicated to you.

The tourist tax is included.

The Bed and Breakfast La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence guarantees that its best rates are offered on its site.

MODIFICATION OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE​

These conditions of sale may be modified or supplemented at any time and without notice. The customer is advised to regularly consult the general conditions of sale to be aware of any possible modification. In any event, the customer will only be bound by the version of the general conditions in force at the time the customer makes the reservation.
