The rooms are made available to you from 4 p.m. and must be vacated before 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. To allow us to welcome you in the best conditions, please inform us of your arrival time (between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.).

 

KEY

​

The key to the room and a beep from the gate will be given to you upon your arrival. You should not entrust them to a third party.  

In the event of non-return on the day of departure, La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence Bed and Breakfast will charge 90€.

CAR PARK

​

Private outdoor parking is available free of charge.

This is secure but unsupervised.

DISABLED

​

La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence bed and breakfast apologizes for not being able to accommodate people with reduced mobility. The rooms are on the ground floor but the door openings are not suitable, moreover, there are 3 steps to access the swimming pool.

CHILDREN

​

The Bed and Breakfast La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence apologizes for not welcoming your children under 16, the spaces are not suitable.

 

ANIMALS

​

The Bed and Breakfast La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence apologizes for not welcoming pets. However, we would like to inform you of the presence of our dog, an Australian Shepherd named Sam.

 

POOL

​

The heated salt pool is open from 15/04 to 01/11, it is accessible from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., it is unsupervised. The Bed and Breakfast La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence declines all responsibility for accidents occurring in or around the swimming pool.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Any damage or negligence which could lead to direct or indirect damage to the equipment engages your responsibility and will be invoiced to the person who reserved the room.

It is forbidden to take away any object whatsoever belonging to La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence Bed and Breakfast otherwise you will be charged. 

 

SAFE

Safes are available in the rooms for your valuables.

RESPECT OF THE PLACES

​

A decent attitude, full of restraint and discretion is essential in order to respect the serenity of the place.

The Bed and Breakfast La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence may require a cleaning fee if the room is left in a state that will be deemed unsuitable. 

Our rooms are non-smoking. The establishment reserves the right to claim the amount of one night for additional cleaning costs from the customer who smokes in his room. Ashtrays are available for smoking outside.

It is your responsibility to maintain the kitchen area provided in the Oustau. A maintenance package may be invoiced at 50€ on the day of departure if necessary. Any lost or damaged object must be reported   during the stay or on the day of departure and may be charged.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE INTERNAL RULES

​

In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of these regulations, La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence Bed and Breakfast will be obliged to invite the client and the people sharing his stay to leave the premises in the instant and without any compensation. Any future reservations will be refused. The rules and regulations of La Chambre D'Hôtes La Parenthèse Saint Donat Aix-en-Provence apply to all reservations. Any stay entails the acceptance of the special conditions and the rules of procedure. Failure to comply with the above provisions results in the immediate termination of the contract.
